Harden the Maker-Annex Switch

Lock down an access switch in the Birchwood Community Library Maker Annex: take the empty jacks out of service and pin each live jack to the one device that belongs on it.

Your shift. You're the student IT apprentice for the Birchwood library. A donated 12-port managed switch, BRCH-ACC-SW2, now feeds the Maker Annex. Right now every jack is live — including the six empty wall jacks anyone could plug into. Your supervisor wants the closet hardened before the annex opens: unused jacks switched off, and each working jack locked to a single, already-connected device so a swapped-in laptop can't quietly join the network.
