Publish alias records so one server answers to many names

You volunteer as the network admin for the Kelp Bay Field Station. The station runs a single internal web server, app-srv.harbor.lab (address 10.40.12.20), that hosts the team wiki, the maintenance ticket board, and a buoy-status page. Staff keep bookmarking it under three different friendly names. Publish alias (CNAME) records in the existing harbor.lab zone so every friendly name resolves to that one server — without anyone memorizing an IP.
