The job

You volunteer as a tech aide at the Cedar Hollow Community Library. The library runs a remote-access (client-to-site) VPN so staff can reach the catalog admin tools from home. You're on your couch, connected to your home Wi-Fi, and you need to add the VPN profile to a loaner tablet and bring the tunnel up.
