Work order

You're the IT apprentice at Meadowlark Pottery Studio. The new annex just opened a class-registration desk, and the front-desk associate is in onboarding this morning. The studio manager, Priya Anand, asks you to bring their desktop, FRONTDESK‑07, online before they're back at their seat.

The annex switch is SW‑ANNEX‑1. Access ports 2–5 are live on the registration VLAN (VLAN 20, subnet 10.34.20.0/24). Port 1 is the uplink to the core; port 6 is administratively shut. Wire the desktop, confirm it leased an address, and prove it can reach both the studio file server and the internet.
